At chicmanwear.com, we want you to love your menswear purchases.   If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be simple and hassle-free.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with all tags attached, no stains, odors, or alterations).

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by your tracking number).

- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed shirts, tailored suits with custom measurements) are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

- Clearance and final-sale items (marked “Final Sale”) cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Initiate a Return

1.   Log into your chicmanwear.com account and navigate to “Order History.”

2.   Select the order containing the item(s) you want to return, then click “Start Return.”

3.   Follow the prompts to specify the reason for return and confirm the item details.

4.   Print the pre-paid return label provided (we cover return shipping for U.S. orders; international customers bear return shipping costs).

5.   Package the item(s) securely and attach the label, then drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Refunds & Exchanges

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.   Refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.   Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

- Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges.   To swap an item (e.g., for a different size/color), please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service team at chicmanwear.com within 7 days of delivery.   Include your order number and photos of the issue—we’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
