Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase.   We reserve the right to accept or reject orders (e.g., if products are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or we suspect fraud).   An order is confirmed only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital wallets.   All payments must be authorized at checkout.   You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have permission to use it.   We may cancel orders if payment is declined or fraudulent activity is detected.

Product Information & Availability

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy applies to unused, unworn items with original tags, initiated within 30 days of delivery.   Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items.   Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

Limitation of Liability

Chicmanwear.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or product purchases.   Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.
